The conference will take place at the Centre for Advanced Academic Studies (CAAS), which is situated a few hundred meters from the old walled city of Dubrovnik.

• The organizing committee has negotiated and pre-booked rooms in CAAS building where the conference will take place. We booked all available rooms in the Centre for a period from the night of Sunday, September 28th to the morning of Friday, October 3rd (5 nights, breakfasts included) for the fixed price of 250 €. These 25 rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Please indicate in the registration form if you want a room in the Centre.
• Other participants will be accommodated in hotels. Participants are recommended to make their accommodation bookings, for instance through some of the following online reservation services: www.hotelroom.com, www.booking.com, http://www.hotels.com. We can suggest the following hotels within walking distance of the CAAS building: hotel Lero, hotel R, hotel Bellevue Dubrovnik, hotel Rixos Libertas Dubrovnik, hotel Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik, hotel Pucić Palace.
• In view of the very large number of tourists visiting Dubrovnik in September, it is strongly recommended to make hotel reservations as soon as possible.
• The conference will begin at 9 a.m on Monday, September 29th, 2014, and end at 5 p.m. on Friday, October 3th, 2014. Registration and a welcoming reception is planned for Sunday, September 28th in the evening.
